Kale crisps

I don’t love kale normally so thought I’d try a different cooking method as it’s so good for you. These are yummy, really good for you, and really easy! I served 2 with this amount. They aren’t easy to eat with fingers, better with a knife and fork really.

100g kale (buy pre-prepared, I find it takes ages to remove stalks etc, and it’s cheap anyway)
Several sprays of oil (or 1/2 tsp olive oil as recipe)
1 tsp ras al hanout

Line 2 trays with baking parchment (might not bother next time, it didn’t stick at all anyway)
Spread the kale out in a thin layer
Spray all over with the oil
Sprinkle the ras al hanout and season (I used jerk seasoning and this was nice anyway)
Bake for 20 ish minutes until crisp but still even
Eat hot. If it cools reheat for 3-4 mins to crisp up
