Sugar free digestives

This is a Davila recipe. I’ve never found a decent digestive recipe but this could be the one. They are yummy… A bit too yummy really, I ate loads! This recipe makes loads so be warned!

200g wholemeal flour

200g oats

1 tsp baking powder

Pinch of salt

200g butter

150g maple syrup (seems odd to measure it in grass but put your main bowl on the scales and it makes it easier!)
Blitz the dry ingredients in processor

Add the flour and blitz to breadcrumb

By hand, add maple syrup and stir into a Dough

Put in fridge for an hour as needs to firm up

Roll out and cut out your biscuits. I made hearts.

Bake for 15-30 minutes
