Paprika pork

This was one of my first proper slimming world recipes and made it again tonight. We love pork tenderloin anyway, but this is nice and healthy and also free (slimming world wise!) we served it with pasta. Have to admit this made us 3 portions rather than the 4 it was supposed to though!

Pork whole tenderloin (400-500g)

2 X peppers

2 X onions

300ml stock

Paprika

6tbsp from age frais
Chop and cook the onion in spray oil

Chop and add the peppers. Cook for 5-10 mins until all soft

Chop the tenderloin into rounds and add- brown it

Add paprika for a few mins

Pour in stock, put lid on and cook for 30 mins

Take off the heat and stir in the formage frais (I forgot this today and it didn’t really matter !)
Enjoy with potato, rice or pasta (all free!)
