Salsa sausage roll and beans

Made this as our treat for firework night and it was yummy! It serves 6 for just over 600 calories each so not exactly the healthiest! I made my own puff pastry but would be so much easier if you bought it, I just ran out of money!

800g sausage meat or 8 sausages squeezed out of their skins (I used sausages)
2 tsp dried herbs (any)
300g jar salsa
1 egg, beaten
Ready rolled puff pastry sheet, or 375g homemade pastry
3 cans mixed beans
1 can chopped tomatoes

In a large bowl mix the sausage, herbs, half the salsa and half the egg
Lay the sausage mixture along the long side of your pastry sheet and fold over, using the rest of the beaten egg to help the seal. Cut some steam holes
Bake for 40 mins
Meanwhile tip beans, tomatoes, rest of salsa and some seasoning into a pan
Simmer for 20 mins until thickened and a bit like baked beans
Serve the sausage roll with the beans
