Roasted squash rigatoni

This is a cheapo recipe from Jamie Oliver. I roasted the squash as a half but he advises doing it whole, when your oven is already on. You roast it for about an hour and a half, then scoop out the flesh. This serves 4 for 376 calories each

Half roasted squash
Chilli flakes
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp or more creme fraiche
40g blue cheese (I had to use cheddar as I can’t eat blue at the moment)

Fry some dried chilli flakes in oil
Add leaves from some fresh thyme and 2 pressed cloves of garlic
Fry for 1 minute
Mash in half a squash, 2 tbsp creme fraiche and 40g cheese
Simmer whilst cooking pasta (80g each)
Stir sauce through pasta and sprinkle cheese on
