Balsamic blueberries

This is another that’s really just an idea… Came from good food magazine as I was looking for ideas for recipes to use up all the blueberries we’ve got… As they were on offer at morrisons. The original recipe is here. You don’t need to weigh or measure anything, just bung it all in! This sort of amount serves about 2. The taste of the blueberries is totally different when they’re cooked. Serve with ice cream or frozen yoghurt.

125g blueberries
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp water

Put it all in a saucepan
Cook for 1-2 minutes, so the berries soften but don’t burst
Pour on ice cream to eat
