Pepper and walnut houmous

I used to make my own houmous all the time but for some reason haven’t made it for years! This is a great healthy version because there’s no olive oil or soft cheese, but you could probably add these in! Annoyingly morrisons have reduced the bean can size to 300g, no idea why, but I kept the other ingredients the same and it turned out nice. Needs quite good seasoning though

400g can chickpeas, drained
1 garlic clove
1 roasted red pepper, not in oil (I roasted my own as morrisons only sold them in oil. Pricked it then ovened it whole until completely soft)
1 tbsp tahini
Lemon juice
4ish walnut halves

Blend all the ingredients together in food processor. It takes quite a while to get it smooth
Serve with veg dippers
