I am so behind with my blogging, I have tried hundreds of new recipes since I last blogged! Made this last night to accompany the pulled pork baps which were delicious. Only problem was really we needed to cut the veg on a mandolin as it was a bit chunky, but next time I might try the food processor. Based on a Jamie Oliver recipe.
1 bulb fennel
1/4 white cabbage
Packet of radishes
250ml yoghurt (half a large pot)
Spoonful of mustard (as required)
Finely slice the veg and mix.
Sprinkle lemon juice on the veg
Mix the yoghurt and mustard and then mix in with the veg
Serves about 4 as sole accompaniment to meal
