I’ve been making this for years but somehow it hasn’t made it n here yet! This time I had to make it because I had about 10 eggs going out of date! I ate it with a salad for lunch, but Chris had it in a bun for breakfast which he said was the nicest breakfast ever!
175g ham (could be bacon but wafer thin ham is the cheapest option)
50g cheese, grated
Beat the eggs and mix all the ingredients together
Line a tin with baking parchment and grease. I now use 2 loaf tins because I have liners for them which stops it leaking
Pour the egg into the tins
Bake a 180 for 30-35 mins
6 portions, 229 calories, 17g fat. Great for picnics. Like a pastry-free quiche
