Lotus caramelised biscuit spread

I used to live in Lille, quite near where speculoos biscuits come from. They were everywhere and they were lovely! My personal favourite speculoos product was the ice cream from kokoa, but I also enjoyed the creme brûlées Chris used to occasionally get for pudding in la chicoree. Nowadays, speculoos are kind of available in this country, caramelised biscuits from lotus. They are delicious! And in sainsburys you can even buy caramelised biscuit spread, to put on your toast etc. this is a relatively new addition in France. Chris was looking it up and tells me it was an idea by somebody on a tv programme in Belgium, who mainly really wanted to eat it, and they put it to lotus who decided to go ahead.
Anyway, this spread is delicious and everybody should have some! But also, apparently, it’s very nice rippled through ice cream, which is how I’m about to serve it. Hope it’s nice!

Nb. I’ve just found out yo can make a delicious drink with this and boiling water, it just melts in. I put a little bit of water in with it
