Had a mammoth day in the kitchen today, mainly baking but also made some meals. Made this dressing earlier though. Wanted something a bit different for lunch so we had a delicious salad with avocado and chicken. I always like a dressing and wanted it to be healthy, so searched the Internet for yoghurt based dressings. This one is by Jamie Oliver, it’s from a book we have but not sure which, maybe food revolution. Anyway, he includes a tablespoon of olive oil but I missed this out to be healthy! He also includes amounts, but I’m just listing the ingredients. Should be quite a bit more yoghurt than e other stuff, obviously. This was really tasty!
