This is not really a recipe, more an idea. It comes from nigella, although I can’t remember which book!
Basically, to make a simple sauce/ coating for spaghetti, along the lines of pesto for if you have none in/ are fed up of it:
When spaghetti is cooked put a bit of butter on it so it melts in
Then stir in a bit of marmite, not much, until e whole lot melts and sticks to the spaghetti
There are no weights and measurements, but it is nice!
